NAMASTE FASCIA STRETCH

Increase flexibility, mobility, and range of motion with a series of deep stretches that target the connective tissue and fascia. Lengthen your muscles, relieve tension, improve joint mobility, increase circulation, and release tight and sore muscles.

 

NAMASTE MAT PILATES

Low impact exercises designed to sculpt and tone every part of the body including inner and outer thighs, glutes, arms, and core. Classes are suitable for all levels of practice, helping to build foundational muscles and endurance with increased intensity through each move.

 

NAMASTE REBOUND TRAINING

Rebound exercise (or “rebounding”) is a type of elastically leveraged low-impact exercise usually performed on a device known as a rebounder—sometimes called a mini-trampoline or fitness trampoline. Rebound exercise begins as soon as someone steps on a rebounder and begins to move their body. It can be highly aerobic - full-on sprints and interval training are ideal on a rebounder, because it does not jar the physical body anywhere near as much as does hard ground - or it can be very slow and gentle, with only a gentle rocking taking place.

Qigong opens the flow of energy in meridians used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. It enhances our ability to feel the Life Force underlying the physical world and to deepen our communication with it. Physically, slow gentle qigong movements warm tendons, ligaments, and muscles; tonify vital organs and connective tissue; and promote circulation of body fluids (blood, synovial, lymph). NAMASTE TAI CHI 

Tai chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Tai chi originated as an ancient martial art in China. Over the years, it has become more focused on health promotion and rehabilitation.

 

NAMASTE SOUL CYCLE 

Soul Cycle so effective is how it offers a powerful mind, body, and soul experience. Soul Cycle class mostly starts with a warm-up to keep your body moving. The warm-up is then followed by HIIT workouts that involve intense bursts of high-intensity paddling followed by low-intensity paddling. In most cases, the intensity of the workouts is activated by the rhythm or rather the beats of the music that’s playing in the background.
